Why we're different

After the initial consultation has concluded we develop a plan tailored to your specific needs, we then work with you to hone down on the design aspects such as materials, numbers of doors and windows, lighting/electrical requirements, interior/exterior design finishes. Once all is agreed we use this master plan in conjunction with our landscaping, carpentry, and groundworks teams to install your dream garden structure, this eliminates frustration and complications from using third party companies and contractors and ensures every trade person is working towards the same goal.

Starting from the ground up we can either use an existing, structurally sound concrete base to build from or alternatively use our groundworks team to excavate where necessary and install a new concrete base for the project, we can also use our in-house landscaping to provide a fully integrated, complimentary landscaping service to create unity between the garden and the garden building.

Bespoke service

A lot of garden room companies claim to offer a bespoke service, the sad truth of the matter is that most import flat-pack, one size fits all garden rooms that use timber that is little more than baton, while they may look good from the outside, these structures certainly wouldn’t get through building regulations if they had to. We are bucking this trend by using all structural grade timber in our build process, ensuring not only a beautiful addition to your garden, and living space but also a structure that will last for many, many years to come.

All timber is cut to measure on site, our buildings are truly unique, and custom made to fit the gardens we install them in, none of our projects ever look like they’ve been dropped into a space but rather that they were made for the garden they are located in. This is why we’re proud of our bespoke, handmade service and offer a 10-year guarantee on all our garden buildings.

Building specifications

C24 Grade

All structural timber we use is C24 grade structural timber.

Damp Proofing

All structures are built with damp proof membranes to prevent water ingress.

Hardwood Ply

Hardwood ply is used in construction rather than chip board to increase structural integrity.

Qualified Electricians

All electrical components are fitted and passed by qualified electricians.

Highly Skilled

All tradesmen are specialised and highly skilled within their fields.

Cut To Measure

All timber and construction elements are cut to measure on site by carpenters.

Door Frames

Choose from Aluminium, wood or UPVC door frames and units.

Insulated

All buildings are insulated to a high standard using 100mm insulation ensuring the building can be used in all seasons.

Reinforced Bases

All our concrete bases are installed with reinforced steel mesh and at a minimum depth of 100mm.

Fully Customised

All buildings are fully customised, if there are specific needs or desires you have for your building, we can fulfil your requirements.

Roof Systems

All Structures are built with EPDM premium roof system as standard.

Climate Control

Wireless Bluetooth radiators, under floor heating and Air conditioning available on request.
